Play Therapy (4 – 14 years)

Play is the natural language of children. Play therapy helps children:

  • Express emotions they can’t yet put into words
  • Process trauma, loss, or big life changes
  • Learn to take charge of their emotions and behaviour
  • Build problem-solving skills and resilience
  • Gain confidence, independence, and self-expression

All sessions are tailored to the child’s age and interests, using a combination of structured and free play to create a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive emotionally.

Counselling for Adults and Teenagers (15+)

Life throws a lot at us, and sometimes we need support to navigate it. Adult counselling helps with:

  • Stress, anxiety, or depression
  • Loss, grief, or major life transitions
  • Trauma recovery
  • Couples or relationship support
  • Addiction or behavioural concerns

My approach is practical, grounded, and collaborative. Our sessions will provide you with the tools you need to manage emotions, improve relationships, and regain balance in daily life.
